Who owns the code and data of the apps you develop?
Everything stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Solutions, Dataverse data, configurations, documentation — yours 100% from day one.
How do you handle ALM (dev / test / prod)?
Separate environments with solution layering, automated deployments via Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps. No direct changes in production.
Can we keep developing internally after the handover?
Yes, that is our goal. Full documentation, knowledge transfer, readable code. If you want continuous support, we have dedicated SLAs — but it is not a constraint.
Are extra licenses needed beyond Microsoft 365 / Power Platform?
It depends on the app. For many use cases, the licenses included in M365 E3/E5 are enough. For more advanced scenarios (Premium connectors, Dataverse standalone) we declare it in discovery with a precise estimate.
How do you handle security and compliance (GDPR, ISO)?
We adopt Microsoft best practices (DLP policies, Conditional Access, audit logging). We work under NDA, support EU data residency, and adapt governance to your compliance level.
How do estimates and billing work?
In discovery (free) we give a fixed estimate or T&M with cap. No surprises in invoices: scope changes are always explicitly approved before proceeding.
Do you only work in Italy?
The team is based in Italy. We work in Italian and English, remotely and on-site when needed, with Italian and European clients.
What happens if the project changes mid-flight?
We work in sprints with weekly demos. Scope changes are handled transparently, with re-estimation and explicit approval. No hidden changes in invoices.
